1974 – Award of Merit from the California Historical Society in recognition of Las Angelitas del Pueblo’s contribution to the field of California history
1975 – Resolution awarded by the City of Los Angeles
1978 – Outstanding Volunteer Service awarded to Las Angelitas by the Human Relations Commission for the City of Los Angeles
1988 – Certificate of Appreciation awarded to Las Angelitas by Mayor Tom Bradley and the City of Los Angeles
1991, 1998 – Commendation awarded by the County of Los Angeles
2002 – Recognition of Service awarded to Las Angelitas by the City of Los Angeles
2004 – Los Angeles Conservancy award for dedication to the cause of preserving historical Los Angeles buildings
2004 – The History Channel’s first Save Our History Preservation Award, which included a grant of $10,000. The award (see below) was given to Las Angelitas del Pueblo at an Awards Banquet in Washington, D.C. on May 18, 2004.
2006 – Proclamation awarded to Las Angelitas by the City of Los Angeles in celebration of the 40 year anniversary of the organization
2006 – Resolution granted to Las Angelitas by the State of California
2006 – 40th anniversary recognition issued to Las Angelitas by the County of Los Angeles
2016 – Resolution issued to Las Angelitas by the California Legislature Assembly
